This is Tech Vanity

Technology is changing our lives. And the essence of humanity is shifting and evolving. On many tech spaces you can find the new things, gadgets and gizmos, but here, I'm trying to understand what are those things doing to our lives.

What does a man of one hundred and thirty two years think about this? We can expect to live that long this very century. Or the next one, round the corner. Technology is affecting us, deeper than we thought, more than we expected. In years to come, we will be discussing this with artificial entities, but now we are alone.

Humans are flying. We always wanted that in our dreams, and the dream of flying without any machine still persists, but now we hope that sooner than later we will be flying like birds just by spreading our wings.

We are making our dreams a reality: immortal, omni present, beautiful, strong. We are building the gods we worship until now.

What technology is modifying in our beings is scale and range. It is giving us a new perspective. And this new point of view has to be understood.
